Return and Exchanges

Your Sexy Sex Doll is custom made based on your chosen specifications. We promise we can carefully check your sex doll order before we ship order to you. We will only not accept full refund if only we have receive your refund request within 24 hours upon your request. Therefore, it’s unlikely any damage or defects occur on your dolls. However, in the event, you receive a defective product. We will provide all the necessary kits to help you to repair. 

If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any exchanges. You must have common sense and take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product. 

According to the local Sex Toy Law, any used sex doll will not be accepted for exchange. If you return a used sex doll for whatever reasons, we will immediately destroy the item and you are not eligible to receive an exchange.
